Dried Mallow

Quantities: mallow , meat or chicken ( as desired ) , fresh coriander – or dried , garlic, ghee , salt , black pepper , spices , flavors ( cinnamon , onion , carrot , carnation seeds , laurel leaves ) as desired. Preparation way : Put mallow in a vessel full of hot water for 15 minutes , cut meat ( or chicken ) then boil it , remove the foam from surface water , add ( salt , cinnamon ,onions , carnation seeds ) cover the vessel and leave it for an hour until meat tender . Exfoliate garlic and mash it with salt , add coriander ( as desired ) , put some ghee in a vessel on fire ,add mallow all at once , stir it for 30 minutes , add chicken soup (filtered from all flavors seeds ) to mallow with meat ( or chicken ) , leave them on fire for 5 minutes , put garlic and coriander in a vessel with some ghee ( as desired ) , fry them a little then add to mallow and stir well .. finally ; put the mallow in vessels and offer it hot with rice and lemon
